Aerology : 1- Dominant meteorological wind come from the North, Southeast, South and sometimes Southwest in the West which can create a Southeast return. The presence of foam on the sea does not apparently prevent the exploitation of the site, on the condition of not going down on the coast. On a cloudy day, easy takeoff for a pure soaring in the air laminaire which allows to enjoy for a long time effortlessly. On a sunny day, caution in the takeoff because of squalls due to the thermal currents. In this type of flight it is important not to fly to leward relief, because nasty cuttings watch for the parapentiste which manages to rise higher than the crest side sea !
2- A zone of weak wind allows the exploitation of considerable thermical currents. However, the takeoffs are more unpredictable because of the possible inversion of the direction of the breeze. There are remedies to this phenomenon : Eithet you take off before the cirque warms
up too much, either you take off when there is no breeze. This kind of condition allows you to acquire height and pass in transit towards the coast 8 km from there, or join the mountainous relief and see other skies.

Flight plan : Flight in thermodynamics over the cliff, otherwise, by good conditions, possibility of transition towards Saint-Joseph
