A 47 km race is starting at 10:30. On the first turnpoint, a group of 15 pilots already take the lead. A second group take the advantage of a good thermal on the 3rd turnpoint and almost join the leading group. Cloud coverage reduce thermal activity and forces many pilots to lands or reach goal with difficulty.
Denis Cortella is winning the task, Christian Maurer is second and Robert Bernat is third. Elisa Houdry is the only woman reaching goal, Petra Krausova and Keiko Hiraki land at 42.6km.
